St Winifreds, Rhos on Sea, Weekend Retreat
1st - 3rd October 2010

This year was very special. We were blessed by the ministry of Amy Roberts, ‘from Cabaret to Christ’.
Amy is a Christian singer from Northern Ireland. She’s been singing most of her adult life, but mainly in cabaret clubs and bars until Easter 1990 when she gave her life to Christ. Since then she has dedicated her life to God, giving witness to her faith through song and testimony, telling others of God’s saving love that has changed and blessed her own life. Her ministry has blessed people throughout Northern Ireland, England and Scotland. Amy joined us for the weekend and blessed us with her music and her testimony.

We have used her music CD’s at our retreats and we were therefore so excited that she joined us. There was also our usual times of fellowship and prayer, quiet space and sharing, as well as free time for people to use as they wished. A real time of refreshment and renewal on the sea front of North Wales.
